Although I have my plans for the future all set, I do wish sometimes that I could rewind all the way back to freshman year and do way better and work harder in high school than I did and get better grades. But then again, these past 4 years have helped me realize that college isn’t right for me just yet, and that I can do something with my life without having to go college right away after high school. There’s greater opportunities for me. I just gotta keep going with the flow of God’s plans for me.

Walker noticed a young U.S. military veteran shopping with his fiance for a wedding ring in a Santa Barbara jewelry store.”The groom was just back from duty in Iraq, and he was going to be deployed again soon and wanted to buy a wedding ring, but he said he just could not afford it,” saleswoman Irene King told CNN. “I don’t think the soldier realized how expensive those rings are, about $10,000.” Although Walker noticed them, the couple apparently did not know who he was, King said.

You may feel like you’re in the fire today. The heat is being turned up. Everything is coming against you. Let me encourage you, it’s because there’s something great in store. When the heat gets turned up, it means you’re close to your breakthrough. Remember, God is with you when you’re going through the fire. If you will stay in faith, He will do for you what He did for them. He’ll bring you through the fire—without even smelling like smoke—into the place of victory He has prepared for you!
